The concept of management implies on controlling the movement, behavior or direction of something. There are countless articles teaching people how to manage their time, but if the readers doesn’t understand that it is simply impossible to control this force called time, almost all of them will fail.
No matter how organized we are, there are always only 24 hours in a day. Time doesn’t change. All we can actually manage is ourselves and what we do with the time that we have.
Still unconvinced and think you can really manage time? So tell me how to dispute the cliche phrase “you can make more money but you can’t make more time”.
Accept this truth: we cannot manage time, but we can manage ourselves in relation to time thereby creating power. Once you accept this, your time will be invested (or spent) in a better way.

Everybody want to have a better life, but very often people deny some truth about life facts. Understanding the seven facts show below may lead you onto having peace and serenity, helping you to have more life quality.
1. There may be no tomorrow. This fact tends on being ignored by most people, but it’s the pure truth. There may be no tomorrow for you, for someone you love or someone you know. Everyday may be your last day — face it. So, live every day as if it was really your last, do not worry with small problems, do whatever you enjoy doing and tell people you love that you love them.
2. Someone will always have more than you do. Doesn’t matter if it’s regarding money, friends, fame or success, but there will always be another person who have more of it than you do. But just because somebody else have more than you, it doesn’t mean he will be happier than you or that you cannot achieve happiness. If you read a celebrity’s biography you will notice that even with money and famous most of them doesn’t feel happy at all. Keep your focus on doing what you love and do it well. You may want always to have “more,” but remember to enjoy the journey, and not only the final destination.
3. Friends come and go. During your childhood you probably thought that you would live your whole life with the same people around you. Kids do not usually think that as time goes by people pass us and on the future most people we already met will not be actively part of our lives. Everybody have a path to choose and not all paths are the same. Do not be too much attached to your past. It is healthy to have good memories, but you must live the present and make new friendships once in a while.
4. Some people will love you, while others will hate you. Doesn’t matter if you are a super celebrity or an “average Joe,” there will always be some people who love you by who you are and what you do, but some will not like you. Do not listen to these negative people that doesn’t like you, remember that you are perfect the way you are and you do not need the approval of the whole world in order to be happy.
5. You will fail. And will fail several times, in different moments of your life. Failing is not anything exceptional since everybody fails sometimes — remember it. Use your failures and mistakes as lessons for your life and use what you learn with it on your favor. Accept your failures because the only way of not making a mistake is by not doing anything at all.
6. You will not always get what you want. And this is a fact, but you should not give up on your objectives even if you feel frustrated. Simply do not seek happiness in material stuff and search within yourself.
7. The best person to improve your life is yourself. Of course you may count on help and support from other people, but all the major achievements of your life will become real because of your efforts. Love yourself, because you are the major responsible for your happiness and success.
