The Process of Life


Quality of life can be defined as the degree to which a person enjoys the important possibilities of his life. Possibilities result from the limitations and opportunities each person has in his life and reflects the interface of personal and environmental factors. The three major life factors are being, belonging and becoming. It can further be divided into subjective and objective quality of life. Subjective quality of life is about feeling good and being satisfied with things in general. Purpose of quality of life is about fulfilling the communal and cultural demands for material wealth, social status and physical well-being.

It’s not an overnight process it includes once time and effort but important is the determination to change. If a person is not willing to change then no process can improve his condition. If a person really wants to improve his way of leading his life, he should first adopt a positive approach towards looking at things; he should spread happiness and should be satisfied with what he has in his life. In the greed for social recognition people often do things, which leave a negative impact on others. People tend to be rude and frustrated in this process. In order to change the first thing should be to change the person within you. Try to spend time with family and friends whom you completely took for granted. Social interaction should be there it not only improves the way you think but also help you to gain reputation and recognition among them without any money value.

One can also help the poor or needy people once in a while; this is a way to spread happiness all around. It not only helps them, but it helps the person itself. Try to keep the environment light without any tension and stress it will ultimately help in relaxation.

With a healthy and peaceful mind achieving things in life becomes much easier.  Greed should be removed from mind satisfaction should be there whatever one has he should be satisfied with that. If you are satisfied with the things you have been climbing up the ladder becomes much easier as there is no pressure. Things keep on unfolding on its own, if you are doing a thing unselfishly.

Adopting these small things is not so hard for anyone it just needs your determination and willingness to do. Now it all depends on you when you want to start this but remember better late than never!

According to the surveys and studies, it has been concluded that quality of life is about what an individual exactly wants and expects from life. We all have some thoughts and expectations of how our life should be and when those expectations do not fulfill then we get frustrated and stop believing on ourselves.

We also start believing that luxuries of life and money are the only sources that can make their life better and happier. The true fact is that these things may improve the standard of living, but it can never improve the quality of life. The true ingredients of quality of life are happiness and satisfaction.  The satisfaction of life can only be achieved by acquiring the inner happiness, and money can never buy these things. Such satisfaction is only be achieved by doing the pleasant acts, such as, spending time with beloved ones, doing some random act of kindness, etc. These acts will help you to achieve the inner happiness and ultimately the satisfaction.

Happiness can also be persuaded by doing the things that you really like. Finding a passion of your soul is the best thing for those who seek a true happiness. If you will do the work you are passionate about then you truly will achieve the desired result and success. Most of the people feel bored and irritated with the work they do, because they don’t have a passion for their work. So it is important to find a passion in the work to enjoy the work.

A person plays a professional and personal role in their life an often mix up both and end up with poor quality of professional as well as personal life. So it is important to concentrate on both part of life and maintain the equal balance between both of them.

Quality of life is consists of physical and mental health, reputation among colleagues at work, friends and family and intellectual abilities. It reflects the gap between hopes and expectation of a person and their present experiences. People often measure the quality of life with the social status and also on monetary basis but it’s not the true thing. The quality of life depends on our own act, and what we do to make our life better in all terms not just on standard of living. Fast pace of life creates so much of stress that people often get disturbed in sleep which results in their health. So it is important to eliminate stress before going to sleep.

Preparing a list and following it will help you to clear the vision that will enhance the quality of your life. It could be anything; if you are passionate about anything then you should do that. If you want to spend a time with your beloved one’s then do it often. These acts are very helpful to get the happiness and peace of mind.

With the help of list you will understand what things are necessary for the quality of life. Work towards it and wait patiently to see the changes in life. You will be much happier and satisfied with life. Your life will transform easily by doing these acts. The quality of life totally depends on the choices of a person, which he makes in life. A better choice improves the quality and increases the chances of happy life.

People feel dull and stressed because negative thoughts bring negative influence in their character and finally to their behavior and views towards the life. So it is important to replace all the negative thoughts with positive ones.

Every act we do define the path of our life. How our life reflects depends up on the choices we make in life. So, it is certainly important to do the needful and correct act that helps to get the enhanced quality in our life. Every step or every way you adopt can make your life worth living. It not only improves your quality of life but also improves your way of looking at things. Everyone of use has a desire to live a happy prosperous and healthy life. The first change that you can make is to get up early and take a morning walk, this will help you to stay fresh and energized all day long. You can also opt for Yoga, this could be helpful in order to relax your body muscles and leave stress, and of course to get the peace of mind.

The next change that you can make is to think positive and feel better, because the thoughts and feelings reflect on your body language. If you will think, all the negative things then you will not feel energized at your workplace, efficiency of your body will decrease. So replace each of your thoughts with the positive one, try to enjoy each moment of life with utmost enthusiasm.
