However, we can achieve the healthy and perfect body by just managing our diet and regular exercise. Human body is more or less similar to the machine. It needs proper fueling and maintaining to work properly. But, if any of these requirements gets hinder it show us the signs in the form of many problems.

We all know that food is required to live, but unhealthy foods can have a poor effect on our body. For instance, a food that contains high calories in it can accumulate the fat in our body, and that can result in obesity, blood pressure and heart problems. So it is utmost important to keep an eye on what you are eating, what are the contents of your diet and what is a healthy diet ratio.

At first one should understand that three meals a day is important to nourish the body to prevent from fatigue and perform efficiently. Many people skip their meals and that results in overeating at the next time, this could affect the digestion process. One should include fruits and grains for the breakfast, which are healthier and can provide your body with fiber, vitamins and proteins. These will help your body to get energized, and you can optimize your body in the proper way. Plan your diet wisely as per the requirement of your body. If you can’t do the required planning then ask the expert or your family doctor. They can provide you the illustrated and reason for the requirements.

The diet you eat needs to be digested properly, and for that you should exercise regularly. Because it the food doesn’t get digested properly then it will get stored in the form of fat, which will then lead to obesity and other problems. Exercise can be helpful not only to digest and regulate the energy, but it can also help our body to regulate the blood pressure. Without the proper blood pressure, your body may become prone to diseases. Exercise also helps to strengthen the body muscles.

From the preparation of morning tea or coffee to a good night sleep it helps a person in every way. A revolution of technology has made a life of human beings much easier. We can do our tasks much faster and in a much easier way saving time as well as energy.

In our daily life, technology serves us in many different ways whether doing household activities such as cleaning the floor, washing utensils, preparing foods, etc. or in other activities such as cell phones that help to talk to a person sitting anywhere in the world or a television that is the best entertainment or even an Air plane which helps in covering huge distances in a short time. It is said by Elbert Hubbard-“one machine can do the work of fifty ordinary men.”In this fast pace of life where people don’t have time for their own, technology helps every person to save time and can spend that leisure time on other creative things, passions and other activities.

In today’s world, no one can imagine a life without technology. Imagine if an airplane was not invented then traveling from one country to other countries would take time of a couple of weeks, and people would never think of traveling to other countries, unless they have these much time to spend on just traveling. Other examples is of technologies in a medical field, every day many people’s life was saved, and cure with the help of these technologies.  Without technology, we would have been helpless and our life never would have been this better.
