			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You have to take some steps to improve the quality of your life. You cannot afford to live your life carelessly. Remember, this is the only life you have to live; so live it well. I am going to discuss some tips that you may engage in to have a quality life.</p>
<p>One of the things you should do is to meditate. Meditation has a way ofcleansing the soul of a man. Every day, make sure you set out time to be alone and engage in deep thought. When you meditate, you tend to review your life and see what you are doing right and the ones you are doing wrong. And you will be able to adjust where necessary.</p>
<p>Another tip for improving the quality of your life is by stepping out to do something daring every day. Life is full of challenges, so why not go out to look for them instead of waiting for them to knock you out! Do things you would ordinarily not have done. Go to places that you would not have ventured on a normal day. Don’t sit down and allow life to pass you by; do something worthwhile for your life.</p>
<p>There is a saying that when you stop learning, you have actually stopped living. In order to avoid this staleness, try to learn new things every day. Research into fields you have never explored. There are new discovery out there. Be the first to find them out. Read books, especially the ones outside your scope. Of course! There is no learning in what you already know. It is better however to learn innovative ways of accomplishing goals.</p>
<p>Another thing you should do is to know what usually make you happy. There are people in your life that make you smile when you think about them. Surround yourself with these set of people. There are also things you do that put smiles on your lips. Continue doing all the activities that make you joyful. Many of us are so much involved in the race of life that we have forgotten all the things that makes us happy and satisfied with the life.</p>
<p>People often measure the quality of life with the social status and also on monetary basis but it’s not the true thing. The quality of life depends on our own act, and what we do to make our life better in all terms not just on standard of living. To achieve the quality of life you need to follow and adopt various things such as acquiring peace of mind, keeping yourself healthy. Fast pace of life creates so much of stress that people often get disturbed in sleep which results in their health. So it is important to eliminate stress before going to sleep.</p>
<p>It is also important that a person should evaluate the things that makes us happy and helps to feel satisfied. Plan and make the things that are really important for your life. Preparing a list and following it will help you to clear the vision that will enhance the quality of your life. It could be anything; if you are passionate about anything then you should do that. If you want to spend a time with your beloved one’s then do it often. These acts are very helpful to get the happiness and peace of mind.</p>
<p>With the help of list you will understand what things are necessary for the quality of life. Work towards it and wait patiently to see the changes in life. You will be much happier and satisfied with life. Your life will transform easily by doing these acts. The quality of life totally depends on the choices of a person, which he makes in life. Instead, it means the quality of life a person is leading, which not only includes wealth and employment but also the environment, physical and mental health, education, creativity and leisure time and social interaction.</p>
<p>In today’s world people are just judged by their money value and their standard. In order to achieve the desired standard set by the society many of us tend to run in the rat race of getting successful. Getting successful never means that you forget about the life, it never includes that you forget how your life is shaping up. In order to get successful people tend to lose or avoid many of the beautiful moments in their lives, especially with family and friends.</p>
<p>In the process of achieving better quality of life one should concentrate on his physical and mental health. One should go out for morning walk or yoga that can be very beneficial it helps in relaxation of mind and body. If the mind is fresh a person can work much better all day long. For mental health one should always try to think positive even in difficult situations it helps to find a right solution to every problem. A person can also plan a holiday or a weekend with family it can help making a strong bond. Sharing few beautiful moments with your loved ones can make a huge difference in improving quality of life. It not only removes stress but a new energy is pumped in the body.</p>
<p>Every step or every way you adopt can make your life worth living. It not only improves your quality of life but also improves your way of looking at things. In addition, with the above things you need to have patience, because it takes time to get the desired result. <p>Personal development will make you aware your strengths, talents and renew your identity. Personal development will also help you to enhance the self-confidence and will make you to present yourself better to others or at the workplace.  Personal development enhances your outlook towards the world, and definitely helps you to make a better person. It helps you to identify the weakness and eliminate them, it boosts the most required positive thoughts in you. A person with better mind and thoughts can think creative and tackle his life in the better way.</p>
<p>Also, with the personal development, a person needs to seek happiness and the way to attain satisfaction in life. Some researchers concluded that there are numbers of attributes that are interrelated with the happiness, and they are social interaction, relationships, health, optimism and proximity to other happy people. These conclusions are also, supported the study published in the British Medical Journal, in 2008.</p>
<p>Happiness is a state of mind which can choose, by choosing the act which is beneficial, and good for you and the people you love or associated with you. A regular dose of happiness can motivate you, elevates your spirits and also inspires you to do the creative things and better things in life.  Find the passion and happiness and your job in order to succeed at the workplace, you can stay and spend time with your beloved people. You can do some random act of kindness by helping others. These simple acts can help you to achieve the inner happiness, and also it will help you to spread the happiness all around you. After all in the environment we leave affects ourselves too in some or other way.</p>

<p>As per the experts, it is believed that a human body requires 7-8 hours of proper sleep to get a recharge from the hectic life, stress and strains. Proper sleep is required by a body to manage many activities in our body, such as digestive system, immune system, muscle relaxation, etc.  The person who experiences bad sleep or less sleep is prone to get many diseases like insomnia, and other sleep deprived disease. If you will be awake or get less sleep then it can affect your memorizing power, and also it will affect the working efficiency of your body. Sometimes sleeping deficiency can lead to accidents too because of dizziness and sleep deprived symptoms.</p>
<p><strong>Eat well</strong></p>
<p>It’s a well known fact that human body requires food for the proper functions of the body. However, the most important thing is to provide our body with healthy foods. An unhealthy food can have a poor effect on the effect. Some people eat fast and junk foods to save their time, but they do not know that these foods can harm their body. Unhealthy food can accumulate fat in our body that could result in many hazardous and chronic diseases. So it’s important to be aware about what you are eating and what additional protein, vitamin, fiber, iron, calcium, etc. is required for the proper growth and development of our body.</p>

It needs proper fueling and maintaining to work properly. But, if any of these requirements gets hinder it show us the signs in the form of many problems.</p>
<p>We all know that food is required to live, but unhealthy foods can have a poor effect on our body. For instance, a food that contains high calories in it can accumulate the fat in our body, and that can result in obesity, blood pressure and heart problems. So it is utmost important to keep an eye on what you are eating, what are the contents of your diet and what is a healthy diet ratio.</p>
<p>At first one should understand that three meals a day is important to nourish the body to prevent from fatigue and perform efficiently. Many people skip their meals and that results in overeating at the next time, this could affect the digestion process. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Technology plays an important role in fulfilling our daily needs. Technology can be defined as ” the usage and knowledge of tools, techniques, and crafts, or systems or methods of organization, or is a material product of these things”. Basically, if we look around us technology can be seen everywhere from a small pen to an air plane. Beginning from a day until late night technology is associated with our lives. From the preparation of morning tea or coffee to a good night sleep it helps a person in every way. A revolution of technology has made a life of human beings much easier. We can do our tasks much faster and in a much easier way saving time as well as energy.</p>
<p>In our daily life, technology serves us in many different ways whether doing household activities such as cleaning the floor, washing utensils, preparing foods, etc. or in other activities such as cell phones that help to talk to a person sitting anywhere in the world or a television that is the best entertainment or even an Air plane which helps in covering huge distances in a short time. It is said by Elbert Hubbard-“one machine can do the work of fifty ordinary men.”In this fast pace of life where people don’t have time for their own, technology helps every person to save time and can spend that leisure time on other creative things, passions and other activities.</p>
<p>In today’s world, no one can imagine a life without technology. Imagine if an airplane was not invented then traveling from one country to other countries would take time of a couple of weeks, and people would never think of traveling to other countries, unless they have these much time to spend on just traveling. Other examples is of technologies in a medical field, every day many people’s life was saved, and cure with the help of these technologies.  Without technology, we would have been helpless and our life never would have been this better. Now everything is just a call away, all you have to do is to make a call via mobile phone or telephone.</p>
<p>It is true that technology has made our life better in many ways and one should appreciate the efforts put by all the people involved in developing these technologies. One should also understand that technologies are for the betterment of people, if used correctly. Technologies have brought wonder to the lives of a human being. We often miss the opportunities of happiness and better qualities of life. Lust of success can be very hazardous in you don’t know to enjoy or live in the moments you come across.</p>
<p>The more you seek and lust for success in your life, the more uncontrollable and unpredictable your life will become. The quality of life just not only depends up on the success, but it also depends on many other factors of the life: Physical health, intellectual abilities, reputation, personal life and so on. These all factors are closely intertwined with each other.  You can’t work with bad health, you can’t feel happiness when you are ill or suffering from diseases, you can’t feel comfortable when you do not have the reputation in the eyes of your colleagues, family members or in your society, you can’t lead a happy life without a happy and satisfactory relation with your spouse or family members.</p>
<p>One should achieve better levels in all the aspects that help in improving quality of life. A person should maintain good health by eating healthy diets, exercising or a morning/evening walk. As a day starts with exercise or morning walk helps the person to be refreshed all day long, and increase the efficiency of the mind. It also helps to regulate the proper blood pressure of the body.</p>
<p>Every person has some or other qualities and abilities to perform uniquely in life. Very few of them really understand and evaluate their own quality and follow them. It is one of the important ways to acquire the satisfaction of life, without satisfaction you can’t achieve the peace of mind. A person without a positive and peaceful mind can’t take maximum and creative use.</p>
<p>As it is mentioned above that the fast track of success in life can hinder the quality and the happiness of your life. So it is important to focus on improving the quality of life one step at a time. Each day if you are making one sort of progress than you certainly will achieve the quality of life. The primary goal of life is not just about winning or losing, it is about how you have managed to get to the result.
