Do You Have A Perfect Family?

Everybody have already seen “perfect families” on movies, television, pictures on billboards and advertisements. But is your family “perfect” like those? How is the average family?

The truth is that all families are different, with their own unique issues and with the right effort, you can have a great family too — maybe even better than those “perfect” ones.

One of the most important things to do is respect your parents, along with listening to them and trying to make them happy. After you learn this, your life will be more pleasant too.

Also, all your family members must understand that life is not always gonna be smoothly. Life is like a roller coaster, with ups and downs, twists and turns. You should learn how to face difficulties with positive thinking, being assured that all problems will eventually be over sometime.

And ask yourself: do you enjoy receiving gifts? Everybody does! Why don’t you try giving occasional gifts to your family members? It doesn’t need to be something expensive, it can be a drawing you make for them, a picture, a poem, a song… The options are endless and you don’t have to spend any money. Your family will love this.

Other important things are eating together, spending time with siblings, being honest. Accept the fact that your relationship with your family depends on both you and them, and let them know it too. Once every family member understand that true family happiness can be achieved, all of them will go for it.

However, this is not true; a single step of every person can make a big difference. If we become determined and show commitment then we really can save the environment. Many a times we use our vehicles to go to our offices or at friend home or at grocery shops, and instead of that if we can travel on the trams, trains or bus, then we can stop the air pollution, and the use of fuel, which is also a part of the natural resources. Imagine if every person on the planet stops using their cars and bikes then how much air pollution can be controlled.

To build the multistory buildings and complexes many trees are cut down. What will happen if the trees which provide us fresh air and help to rain will vanish from earth then in such circumstances from where we will bring fresh air? Who can stop the soil erosion? So it is our duty to plant a tree and try to keep our surroundings more green. Also, we can spread such awareness among the neighbors, friends and family. Every wise step and act can help to create and experience the better future.

Are you stressed out because you cannot get the most important things done? Is your time managmenet leading to a lot of stress emotionally, physically and mentally? Don’t worry, I know exactly how you feel.

You see, time management and stress management are very intertwined. Anytime you experience procrastination and cannot get the most important task done – the act of not getting that task done creates stress.

And, that’s exactly why you need to look at your current itme management habits and examine them if you are experiencing some stress.

Here’s a good time management tip that can help you with your stress

1. When you get things done, it makes you feel good.

When we say we’re going to do something, we are essentially creating a commitment and when we don’t follow through on that commitment, it creates stress. You see, we generally don’t like people who don’t follow through on their commitments and when we do the same, we tend to not like ourselves. We tend to be ashamed and fee bad about not doing what we promised to do.

Here’s two ways to deal with this stress:

1. Get things done so you can feel good.

2. Check your commitments and realize that it’s OK to not do some of the things that you thought were important some time ago.

Both of these are important strategies to reduce stress and manage your time well. You need to get the important things done well to get it off your mind and give it some relaxing time. This act also ensures you follow through on your commitment which will make you feel good. And, stress cannot exist when you’re feeling good.

Sometimes we create commitments even when we have no intentions of following through. And, sometimes new information arise that make the commitment obsolete. We need to examine these commitments and look at exactly what we are putting off. If we are putting off something that doesn’t need to be done in the first place, there’s no need to worry about it.

Accept it and it will reduce your stress as well.

Examining your commitments is an excellent way of managing stress and time.

Allow other people to do tasks that they can do. For example, divide up and allocate chores. Your kids can help you with chores and you can make it enjoyable for them. Do not to try do everything by yourself. It’s okay to sit down and ask for help and get help from others. It’s actually a lot of fun to divide work and to do it together.

Let them know that you like to have a really wonderful relationship with them and that is why you are scheduling this time. It is very important for them to know what you’re trying to do. If you relationships have been falling apart lately, tell them you want to be bring them back up and you will be surprised by how much support you will get from them. Keep them on the same page.
