You have to take some steps to improve the quality of your life. You cannot afford to live your life carelessly. Remember, this is the only life you have to live; so live it well. I am going to discuss some tips that you may engage in to have a quality life.

One of the things you should do is to meditate. Meditation has a way ofcleansing the soul of a man. Every day, make sure you set out time to be alone and engage in deep thought. When you meditate, you tend to review your life and see what you are doing right and the ones you are doing wrong. And you will be able to adjust where necessary.

Another tip for improving the quality of your life is by stepping out to do something daring every day. Life is full of challenges, so why not go out to look for them instead of waiting for them to knock you out! Do things you would ordinarily not have done. Go to places that you would not have ventured on a normal day. Don’t sit down and allow life to pass you by; do something worthwhile for your life.

There is a saying that when you stop learning, you have actually stopped living. In order to avoid this staleness, try to learn new things every day. Research into fields you have never explored. There are new discovery out there. Be the first to find them out. Read books, especially the ones outside your scope. Of course! There is no learning in what you already know. It is better however to learn innovative ways of accomplishing goals.

Another thing you should do is to know what usually make you happy. There are people in your life that make you smile when you think about them. Surround yourself with these set of people. There are also things you do that put smiles on your lips. Continue doing all the activities that make you joyful. This is because happiness has a lot to do with the quality of life you are living, so doing things that would improve your happiness is a sure way to improve the quality of your life.

Once Anthony Robbins said: “Most people never feel secure because they are always worried that they will lose their job, lose the money they already have, lose their spouse, and lose their health, and so on. The only true security in life comes from knowing that every single day you are improving yourself in some way, that you are increasing the caliber of who you are, and that you are valuable to your company, your friends, and your family.

You can’t improve the quality of life in a day or overnight, to improve the quality of life, it requires the commitment, effort and time. Many of us believe that learning is a part of school and colleges only. We forget that learning is an ongoing process; it can happen to anybody, any time, and anywhere.  Yes! Improving quality of life needs you to learn, what is best for you, what you should learn from the mistake you did? What right choices you should make in order to make your life much better, happier and satisfactory?

To make a clear picture in your mind to improve the quality of life, you can ask following question to yourself:

  1. What is your aim?
  2. Are you on the right path for the desired results?
  3. What kind of changes is necessary to make your life better?
  4. Are you doing the exact things that can make you happier and feel better?
  5. What are the things important to you and your life?

These are some of the questions that can help any individual to figure out, what has been lacking in their lives, and how they can achieve the desired results. As it was told earlier, without commitment and effort you can’t achieve the improvement in your life. You have to work hard, make sure that you are taking all the necessary steps that can improve the quality of life.

With all above things that are one more important thing that everyone should understand about the quality of living. One should understand the weakness and strength of his own, and enhance the self-development. No formula, no teaching and no preaching can help you to improve the quality of life, unless you accept the challenge and understand that setting goal, and thinking is not the solution but action, effort and time are also required.

Every step or everyday one change can make you closer to the perfect and better life. Be patient and take a wise steps, and one day you can acquire the quality in your life.

Enjoy a Better Life


Basically, a lot of people are living a life of a machine; they follow the usual setup in their lives. It is fine if somebody thinks that this is perfect for him, but that doesn’t mean they are truly living a life. We all have got one life, and it’s up to us, how better we can make it. To enjoy a better life and proving your existence on the planet, you should follow these steps.

Create a ritual for every morning

Wake up early and tell yourself that this is a beautiful day, and you are going to spend it in a best possible manner.  Stand in front of a mirror and be grateful to yourself for the beautiful and better things you have done.

Rediscover yourself

Each day give an hour to yourself, and decide what is that you want to do. Do those things that give you pleasure and smile. Share the happiness with others.

Be positive

Thoughts in your mind, regulates your body. So, always think positive. By thinking positive you are looking at the things and life with positive angle.

Stop worrying

We often keep ourselves worried for 80% thing that never happens. If you will be keeping yourself too much worried than it will hold your inner happiness, it will hold you to achieve the satisfaction of life.

Exercise

It is important because the only healthy body can enjoy the sweetness of life. If you are fit and fine than only you can keep yourself on the path of personal growth and happiness.

Pause your life

In the fast moving life, we ignore all simple and small things which give pleasures to our lives. Enjoy the things you do, take a pleasure of what you read, take a taste of a meal you eat.

Get out of your cubical box

Don’t sit in front of your computer and T.V. set all day long. Give a break to your regular lifestyle, try something new. Go out for a movie with friends and have fun with them. Every minute you sit at home watching T.V. or surfing on an internet is just a waste of time, and time never returns. Make most of the spare time you find in life.

Excitement

We usually feel dull because we forget the meaning of excitement in life. Try to figure out the things in life that excite you, and you are passionate about, and go after them. Surprise yourself by doing childish things.

Do you remember that first spark of hope you felt when you watched The Secret? I clearly remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I can make my dreams come true – FINALLY!

But how many of you soon saw that hope dwindle into frustration? How many of you (and be honest now) started muttering things like:

- “It seems to work for other people, but I just can’t get it right.”
- “I’m frustrated that sometimes I can get it to work, but sometimes I can’t. What’s the trick?”
- “Why am I having so much trouble?”
- “I think the universe is against me.”
- “I’m trying very, VERY hard but still nothing is happening!”

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. About 97% of people also couldn’t make the Law of Attraction work for them the first time round. Think about it, just like anything else, you have to practice many times before you see success. A child doesn’t learn to walk without falling over a couple of times, right?

Just like a lost child who approaches a police officer and asks, “Excuse me Sir, can you tell me how to go to the post office? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you?” Well, if the child goes on and on asking, the police officer can’t even give an answer, right?

Well, it’s the same thing with your mind. If the only thing your mind is doing is transmit, transmit, transmit, the universe — which is trying to respond — can’t give you a single thing because you’re not allowing yourself to receive!

So, have the confidence in yourself and stop exhausting yourself by running around person to person begging for riches, and then wondering why nobody is dropping a penny in your cup (Hint: It’s because you’re running away too fast for them before they can even reach for their wallets).

Just think of your desires and leave it out there, go away, and trust that your cup will be filled with gold coins (or whatever it is you asked for) when the time is right.

2. Be Patient With Yourself

Receiving takes time.

Sadly, many people give up just a couple of steps before the finish line because they’ve decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work at all. Worse still are those who throw in more and more energy because they think that with more resources, the results will come faster.

This is like expecting 9 mothers to conceive and deliver a baby in 1 month. You also can’t bake cookies in half the time by doubling the temperature. You’ll incinerate those cookies to ashes!

In simple terms: Everything in this world has a natural development time, and this fact will not change no matter what resources you throw at it.

So relax and be patient. Remember that you too, as part of the universe, are also governed by the laws of the universe, and you cannot change the natural development time.

If you remember this, you will less likely work yourself up into frustration, or worse, push yourself into a downward spiral of negativity.

3. Support and Educate Yourself

Like the child who is learning how to walk, you need support. You also need to guidance on how to do it, and also the role models to look up to.

Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” is the “be all and end all” solution. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” is just a small portion. It was never intended, and has never been, the whole answer.

Coming to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” 19 times (without looking at changing the habits of other areas of your life) is like coming to the conclusion that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight because all you did is run on the treadmill for 2 hours a day (but you’re still stuffing yourself with fried foods and cheesecakes).

So seek and be hungry for new knowledge. Also, make an effort to be amongst people or communities where you can support each other, learn from each other and also share new knowledge that you have found.

Idea of Happy Life


The objective of many people in this world is to find peace and happiness. Many of them look for guidance from spiritual leaders, others try to find solace in diligently doing their duties. Still others try to find happiness in wealth and material gains. There are very few however, who look for happiness in within themselves and within their actions.

Happiness can be described as a state of mind. In this state, a person is content with all that he has got with him, he is health and has sound mind, and lastly he is fully involved in the service of the mankind. One has to rise above jealousies and selfishness in order to attain happiness.

A person in order to obtain control and peace of mind and soul should first learn to be satisfied himself. He should be aware that competition brews discontent and takes away the peace of mind. Petty jealousies and longing for material goods only breed sorrow. People who rise above these factors by simplifying their needs and change their attitudes towards the life can hope to achieve contentment.

Our selfish nature takes away a lot of happiness from our lives. We may fool ourselves in pretending and thinking that by protecting our own interest, we will find happiness, however this is not true. Happiness cannot be achieved by gratifying physical senses. Such as action is temporary because once the object of gratification is removed a sense of boredom or disgust pervades us. It has therefore, been rightly said that only those can hope to find eternal happiness who places other person’s interest and sorrow before everything personal. A sincere, hard-working person who is not concerned by the fruits his actions will bear can be called as a happy person and able to have a happy life ever after.

A person has risen above petty jealousies, hatred, intolerance and laziness can therefore, lay a claim to true happiness. Such people have unshaken faith in the powers of the Almighty and their ability. They have learned to live a simple, virtuous and stable life even under the most trying conditions.
