It is proven in research that our body and mind respond to every thought we have. The quality of thought we have in mind helps us or stop us from achieving happiness, personal growth and success.

Do you know how much we think in a day? Well, the answer is we reportedly think over 60,000 thoughts a day and most are repetitious.  Positive, happy and hopeful thoughts release chemical that helps us to feel good, while, on the other hand, negative, worried and angry thoughts release a completely different type of chemicals that makes us feel dull, bad and unhappy.

Get over with every thought that makes you feel Unhappy because it is not going to help you. When the next time you think negative then just jump over to some fun you love, get into a positive environment. It will definitely help you to have a clear vision, and it will increase the chance to get the solution of your problem.  In a scientific way, the positive thoughts create new neuropath ways, and if they are used more frequently than the negative ones, the positive pathways are going to expand, and ultimately it will help you to get the desired result out of your life. It’s like a pathway of a farm more you will use it, it will get clear and one day that will become a path which everyone will follow and hence the positive thought too needs a clearer path to travel to the mind, and if we will not use the negative neuro pathways by not generating negative thoughts than you will get everything positive in your mind and head. Human head is the controller of all that happens in us, and if we fill it with positive thoughts then you literally are going to feel happy, cheerful and lively.

It’s up to us how good we can make this life and starting with positive thoughts could be more helpful to attain a desired goal in life. So, the next time you find a negative thought in your brain just flush it out and replace it with positive ones, and you will feel the change.
