			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The cause of stress sometime can be as a result of taking yourself seriously. Life is definitely not to be taken too serious. If you are too serious with yourself, life will get by you. Release yourself and have fun once in a while. Create time to just go out and relax. Do not engage in any work; don’t even think any serious thought. There are some activities that you can engage in that will help you burn out stress from your body system. These activities are not expensive or unrealistic; they are things that you can engage in every day.</p>
<p>You can get engaged in a conversation with an old friend that you have not seen for a long time. Call that friend and fix time to have a time out. Talk about old things of the past. Reminiscing has a way of relaxing the mind. Agree beforehand not to engage in discussion that can sour your time out. Another thing you can do is to get a pet. Having a pet is a great way to avoid getting stressed out. Having a dog in the house can be fun. You get to play with your pet and when you just need to share your terrible secrets with someone, your pet is the best option.</p>
<p>Another way you can burn out stress is to get a good massage. This helps to relax both your mind and body. You can also curl up on the sofa with a good novel in your hand. Don’t read gory books; get books that make you smile. You can also engage in journal writing. Write down what is happening to you; write your thought and things that are disturbing your mind. This is another way of clearing your mind from all disturbing thoughts.</p>
<p>One other important thing you can do to relax you mind and body is to take a bath. Not just any kind of birth, but a long, luxurious bath. There is a feeling you have when you are having this kind of bath, you often feel as if all your cares and anxieties are being washed away from you mind. The other thing you can engage in to deal with stress is meditation. When you meditate, you are able to search your mind and soul to arrive at the source of your stress. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Your body requires quality and adequate rest. And whether you are willing to rest or unwilling, one way or the other, your body will get that rest. Let me elucidate on this flow of thought. You are willing if you voluntarily relax your body; either by sleeping or just relaxing. Your unwillingness to rest usually results in you having to go to the hospital and being forced to rest, usually through hospitalization. You will however agree with me that your unwillingness to rest would cost you more in terms of hospital bills, waste of time spent in the hospitalization (time you could have used doing something productive if you had taken your time to rest earlier), and of course, the pain of illness.</p>
<p>This may seems unimportant to you until you discover that at least over 70% of American adults are suffering from sleep disorder because they don’t get adequate sleep that is required to live a normal life. If you are interested in living a normal life therefore, you must take time to sleep. Sleep is very important when you consider your physical health, emotional well being, and of a necessity your mental well being. In a research by the National Sleep Foundation, it was discovered that the people who do not get adequate sleep are susceptible to psychiatric problems. They are also likely to use the health care service more than others. It also in the record that majority of the accidents on the road s are caused by drowsy drivers. And many people have lost their life in the process. This can be avoided if we all take time to rest.</p>
<p>There is no point being part of the statistics of people that are killed by road accidents caused by sleeplessness. Your life should be important to you even if not to any other person. And you must take care of your life. Avoid things that would cut your life short. Sleep properly when you ought to. As a matter of fact, sleep improves the quality of life. <p>In coaching success I am fortunate to collaborate with many people who have exceptional ability. What is ability? Ability is the talents and skills that you bring to your business and life. In fact, most of the self-employed business owners, entrepreneurs, solo professionals and individuals who engage in coaching have exceptional abilities.</p>
<p>It is a privilege in my personal business coaching practice to be around and part of this talented group. All of them have ability. People see it in how they or their company delivers their product or service. To enhance your reputation wherever possible showcase your ability and that of your company.</p>
<p>When people are aware of your ability and what makes you unique it adds value to what you are doing. Very often, by adding value you can charge more for your product or service because your customers perceive that it is worth more. Being perceived as worth more is a great reputation to acquire.</p>
<p><strong>Reputation &#8211; Dependability</strong></p>
<p>To have continued small business growth, small business success or individual personal growth you must be dependable. You may have all the ability in the world but if you aren&#8217;t dependable, your reputation, business and life will suffer.</p>
<p>You must take that ability and be consistent in applying it. The history of business failure is more often than not, about people of great ability, yet they weren&#8217;t dependable. Without dependability, ability becomes unrealized potential. And, it will take second place to being dependable.</p>
<p><strong>Reputation &#8211; Character</strong></p>
<p>Character is the end result in determining your reputation. Think of character as an equation.</p>
<p><strong>Ability + Dependability = Character</strong></p>
<p>If your ability is great but your dependability needs some work then your character as measured by others will be deficient. Also, if your dependability is good but your product or service is not of top quality it will reflect badly on your character.</p>
<p>When you are putting together your marketing business plan or a startup business plan it is critical to show your abilities in your product or service and be dependable in delivery.</p>
<p><strong>Reputation &#8211; What Is Most Important?</strong></p>
<p>Too often businesses fail and end up on the scrap heap not because of lack of ability. They fail because of lack of dependability. They don&#8217;t deliver consistently or do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.</p>
<p>In reputation and small business growth, or personal growth for that matter, ability is important, but dependability is critical. You can have a business of average ability and because it is dependable it will succeed.</p>
<p>Or you can have a business of great abilities but lacking dependability and it will fail. Seek consistency. In the long run you can improve your abilities. But, if you start out and are not dependable it is hard to build your foundation and a loyal following.</p>
<p>Your reputation is about your character as a business and personally. Take your abilities and be dependable in delivering your product or service. That&#8217;s the reputation you must have for long term success.<strong>Similar Posts:</strong>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many techniques available to you to help you towards the successful life you desire. Setting and working towards goals, using positive affirmations and visualization, and ensuring you define your true purpose are good examples.</p>
<p>All of them are important, but not on their own. They are part of a framework that you must be able to assemble in order to reach the success you desire for yourself. It&#8217;s something that is fundamental to your personal development and key to being the person you want to be.</p>
<p>So how do you build a framework for success? Here are seven steps to help you:</p>
<p><strong>#1 Know What You Want</strong></p>
<p>This is the point at which you must begin. Any journey needs a destination and you must know where you want to go in order to plan how to get there. For each part of your life &#8211; finance, career, health and fitness, relationships, contribution, and interests and hobbies &#8211; you must be clear about what you want.</p>
<p><strong>#2 Set Goals</strong></p>
<p>Once you know exactly what you want in each area, set goals to achieve it. Define the ultimate long-term goal and set a realistic time-frame for its attainment. Write each goal out in precise detail.</p>
<p><strong>#3 Make An Action Plan</strong></p>
<p>Look at each goal and plan how you will achieve it. Write down exactly what you will have to do in order to be successful. Be sure they are positive steps, even if they mean doing what is necessary to eliminate any negative aspects from your life. Try to anticipate any potential obstacles.</p>
<p><strong>#4 Define Projects and Tasks</strong></p>
<p>You will have goals of varying sizes and complexity &#8211; some will be simple one step solutions but most will have several parts. So break your action plan down into manageable tasks or projects so that within each long-term goal, you have a number of smaller ones.</p>
<p><strong>#5 Get What You Need</strong></p>
<p>To ensure you achieve all of your goals you will need to have the right resources. That may be things you will need to buy, training courses you need to go on, or people whose help and advice you require. Define what they are, when you will need them, and how you will go about getting them. This is very important &#8211; don&#8217;t take short-cuts or believe that you can do it all on your own.</p>
<p><strong>#6 Manage Your Time</strong></p>
<p>Time is also a vital resource, in fact without it none of the above is really any use at all. So be realistic about what time you have available to do what is required. Assess what you do with your time now and put together a plan of how many hours each day, each week and each month you can dedicate to achieving your goals. Plan out your days and allocate blocks of time to doing the things you have identified as necessary to your success. Take it seriously because if you cannot find the time then maybe the goals you&#8217;re working on are not actually worthwhile at all. If you find this to be the case then you need to go back to step one and be sure you know what you really want.</p>
<p><strong>#7 Create Good Habits</strong></p>
<p>If you truly know what you want and know what you need to achieve it then you must take action consistently and persistently. You must make it a habit to work on your goals, to plan your time effectively, and to work your plan. Be sure too that you also regularly review what you are doing and ensure that you are still on track to your desired outcome and that it is still what you want.</p>
<p>So start today on building your framework and take a step nearer to getting what you want. But remember that your circumstances can change and the things you want today may alter in the future. So be sure not to do this as a one-off exercise but something that you take the time to re-visit often to be sure you&#8217;re heading in the right direction.</p>

This is because the way you deal with stress now may be the cause of more stress for you. To do this effectively, get a notepad and try to write down all the ways and manners that you have being coping with your stress lately. There are many ways that people try to cope with their stress but they end up getting more stressed. Let us look at some dangerous ways that people try to deal with their stress.</p>
<p>Many people believe that drinking is a good way to deal with their stress. But they have forgotten that drinking can only make the stress go away temporarily and immediately you recover from your “world of no worry” that alcohol has taken you, you will come back to face the stress. So instead of drinking yourself to stupor to cure stress, why not look for a better way to make your stress go away.</p>
<p>There are also some who believe that smoking is a good way to stop stress. Apart from the fact that smoking does nothing to help your stress, it also adds to it. Imagine what effect smoking has on your health, and add that to the stress you are already suffering from, then you will see that smoking is not really the solution to the problem of your stress.</p>
<p>One of the most dangerous ways to deal with your stress is to try to take it out on others. This is wicked and unfair to you and to the people you are taking it out on. Saying hurtful things to people or engaging in physical violence would not help you to deal with your stress, it will rather add to it and in addition, you get others stressing over what you have inflicted on them physically and emotionally. Avoid this means of dealing with your stress as much as possible.</p>
<p>Many others try to deal with their stress by eating too much or not eating at all. The fact about the latter is that you actually add more to your stress level by engaging in any of these. There are better ways to deal with stress without engaging in the above. Visit your specialist to get help. And a word of advice, make sure you follow everything they ask you to do. If you take this seriously, you may actually end up living a well balanced life.</p>
<p>A well balanced life includes your physical health and your spiritual well being. To have a good health, you must be particular about the time you eat and what you actually eat. People who eat breakfast are known to have a great, healthy, and happy life. Studies have revealed that when you take morning food, you are taking small quantity of cholesterol and fat, and of course adequate minerals and vitamins. What this implies is that you will have low cholesterol count, very low chance of overeating, which ultimately leads to having a lean body. And not only that, you are also the only one who knows whether of a truth, you are living a better life or not. No matter what people out there are thinking, you are the only one who knows what is happening to you. One of the great enemies of a better life is self deception. There is a saying that even when people are trying to deceive you, it is better not to deceive yourself. This is because self deception is one of the major disservices that you can do to yourself. You definitely know your limit. And knowing your limit helps you to define your capacity.</p>
<p>There are people who are living based on others perception about them; they have not sat down and do a self analysis of their strengths and weaknesses. These set of people are prone to disillusionment and of course, a disillusioned man can never enjoy a quality life. This is because he is not actually living his own life; he is living through the eyes of others. This can be in two ways; a man who is overrated by others would definitely almost go over board to fit into this overrated views and the probability is there for him to get into trouble. He will spend more, do things he is not supposed to do, hang around a particular set of people just to feel among, and at the end, he gets into a deep trouble.</p>
<p>The second sets of people are those that are underrated by others. These people have it in them to achieve more but they have been incapacitated by the views of others. These people would often find themselves rebelling against the society.</p>
<p>Knowing and accepting yourself for who you are is the first step towards living a quality life. Don’t let your life be framed by what others think about you. Live your own life through your own eyes and not the eyes of others. And you can only do this successfully by first loving yourself. You can only get better when you strive to offer something better. Do you know that how much you have in your bank account is not what really matter to the quality of your life but the substance that is overflowing from you? In other words, the quality of your life is in direct relation to the quality of what you can offer.</p>
<p>So you may ask, what can you offer? One thing that you may do is to start your own business. A business means creation of job opportunity for many, it means putting food on the table of many, and it means living a life that can be called a better life. Being your own boss has a way of changing your life, even if you are not earning much. At least, you know that you are your own boss and you are responsible for the vital decisions of your business. This in itself gives you a sense of self importance.</p>
<p>In addition, the thought that some people would be depending on you for their daily bread, will gives you a special sense of responsibility that makes you feel that you are important. All these are pointers to the fact that you are living a quality life. Another way to look at the issue of you starting your own business is that it helps you to live your own life. You have the opportunity to work according to your capacity as you don’t answer to any boss. With your own business, you are your own boss and you are not answerable to any man.</p>
<p>This does not imply that you can do whatever you like to the detriment of your business, remember that starting your own business is an opportunity to have meaning in life. Losing that business would definitely annul the purpose that it was started for in the first place. If your current job is what is giving you a sense of hopelessness, then it is time to change that. You may have even concluded that there is nothing you can do about it, of course, you will have to go to work and spend long hours trying to deal with terrible boss and unreasonable clients, your bills will keep rolling in, your family members would keeping on placing demands on you, you have mortgage to pay, etc. Really, there is nothing you can do about all these but you can respond to them differently.</p>
<p>Dealing with your stress has to do with controlling your emotions, thoughts, schedules, and what happens around you. There are so many things you cannot change about your daily living but those things that you can control should be controlled. You have power over your entire thoughts, you can also control your emotions, and to a reasonable level, you can control what happens in your environment.</p>
<p>The first thing to do when you think of managing your stress is to first of all identify the causes of your stress. This may not be so easy for you because you can hardly pinpoint sources of stress. You however have to be determined to sort the sources out. Check your thoughts, habits, emotions carefully and see what they have to do with your stress. Check everything happening around you and see what is causing the stress. When you have tried to identify the sources, sit yourself down and talk to yourself. Having the understanding that worrying or stressing over a particular issue cannot solve that problem will help you to reduce your stress level.</p>
<p>If you are able to know how much you can take per time also, you would be able to avoid stress. Overworking yourself will not bring more money, and if it does, you may end up spend that extra money or even more on paying medical bills for treating stress induced sicknesses. Therefore, try to understand your limit. Another thing you have to do is to learn to control your emotions. Your emotions do not have authority over you but you have all the power over it. You can decide not to get worked up unnecessarily if you really want to and you can decide not to get angry over matters.
