Want to save some time of your day to spend as you like? Learn to earn your time with simple atitudes. These five life organizing tips will make your time your own again.
Remember that every minute saved is a minute earned!
1. SEND BACK THE ORIGINAL. Instead of writing new emails from scratch, answer the messages you receive keeping the original message. Be succinct in your new message. The same applies to snail mail – just keep a copy of the original to yourself.
2. PREPARE FOR PHONE CALLS. Prior calling a person, have a list ready with the most important things you plan to discuss. You won’t forget anything and won’t have to call back later.
3. SAVE YOUR WORK OFTEN. If you work at the computer, save your work every 15-20 minutes. If, for any case, your PC reboots or freezes up, you’ll have most of your work saved.
4. FOLD SHEETS IN A PILLOWCASE. Keep sheets and pillowcases together, simply by fitting the matching flat sheets, fitted sheets and additional pillowcases inside the matching pillowcases. Next time you want to use it, the whole set will be together.
5. CREATE A TV-EXERCISE SESSION. Exercise in front of the TV, while you’re catching up on the news, or watching your favorite program. Doing both at the same time could buy you 30-60 minutes of free time later, and your viewing session will be a lot healthier! If you want to keep it simple but yet healthy, try using a NSD Powerball. By having a healthy life, you will also live longer and have more free time to spend.
