I know a lot of people who can’t stand being alone. When they find out they are in a bad relationship, they get out and jump on another bad relationship. Sometimes I even notice the relationship is bound to fail even before these people start.
But why it happens to all these people? Simply because they put a lot of their needs dependent on the other person, sometimes even in recently started relationships. Without emotional support, each and every relationship fails.
Relationships should not be the major purpose of life, but something that agreggates value to life. Of course you should enjoy it, but the major purpose of life should be you. Be the first on anything.
Love yourself, enjoy yourself, make plans for you and live your life for you. When you do it, you will be able to have better and healthier relationships, with no need and no place for posession or jealousy.

Everybody loves receiving compliments, but only a few people actually give compliments for others. Compliments are great ice breakers and conversation starters, and they also give people a lift and raises the self-esteem of who is making the compliment, since this person becomes more confident. Due to all these characteristics, compliments are not only something to make people happy and generate interaction, but also are great to break shyness.
Don’t stay still waiting to receive a sincere compliment, give one out! The more you give, the more you will receive.
If you are not used to compliment a lot, there is no problem about it. I will teach you how to give a compliment and possibly receive another one in return.
Make your compliment especific. The more specific the better, it makes the person feel like you notice them. “Your earrings look great on you” is much better than “you look good today”.
Back up your compliment. When you describe the reason you think in a certain way, your compliment becomes stronger. Don’t just say “your earrings look great on you”, go for “your earrings look great on you because they matches your eyes”.
Ask a question. This is great to start a conversation, just ask a question on the subject of the compliment. Try “your earrings look great on you because they matches your eyes. Where did you find it?”.
A sincere compliment is always a good way to boost someone’s day. Try it!

Leading your life is not easy, since it means freeing yourself from different assumptions. When you lead your life, you get a taste of true freedom, but this experience can be scary and painful – this is the reason that only a few people do it.
You were born and raised living in a society, so it is much easier to follow the society’s assumptions. The nude truth is that by follow the assiumptions of society, it leaves you unfulfilled.
Check if any of the following assumptions are true to discover if you are leading your life or not.
You do things you don’t want to do, and feel obligated to do it. It happens to a lot of people, but remember that your first duty is to yourself. You can’t save the world if you can not save yourself.
You dislike your job. There are many excuses for it: you picked up a job because it was easier or safer than your ideal carrer, or you are even doing what you family told you to do.
Yo are living on a short budget. Money should never be a problem, and the real problem here are your priorities. Don’t let the things you own switch it’s place and own you.
Are you letting other people and circumstances write the story of your life for you? Rethink everything, even if you don’t consider yourself a follower, and start leading your life.
